We’re seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our finance team. If you have a strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and experience in managing bookkeeping tasks, this role is for you. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP), including balances and payments Oversee the reconciliation of accounts, including Purchase Orders, posting, and payment cycles, ensuring timely payments Monitor budget vs. actual in AP aspect Prepare accruals and prepayment transactions Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Manage fixed assets registration Support annual and quarterly audits Assist with other ad-hoc duties and special projects The position requires a work model of one 1 working from home and 4 days working from the office.
