About the Role:
The Service Desk Team Lead role provides a unique opportunity to join a leading global financial technology company.
The main responsibilities of the role are leading the Corporate IT Service Desk providing 1st line technical support for all departmental IT applications, business services and end-user computing, and to drive improvements to the user facing services we provide.
The role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Service Delivery in achieving strategic objectives for the IT Service Management function.
The ideal candidate will posses first line support experience in a fast paced company with the ability to adjust and lead a small team.
