Responsibilities
Prepare and support workplaces in offices and remotely
Participate in office repair and new office opening projects
Handle IT incidents, escalating when necessary
Provide IT support through multiple communication channels with a focus on VIP consumers
Maintain up-to-date documentation and create SOPs
Collaborate with service providers and report progress in Service Desk system
