Job Scope: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, in particular under MiCAR, MiFID, and PSD II. Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions. Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments, providing guidance to the business on necessary compliance adjustments.
