ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive to help create best-in-class and successful campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll be working alongside the Marketing Manager, providing support in implementing the brand and product marketing strategy in the UK.

Key responsibilities

  • Brief, plan and execute campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels including social, display, email, print and TV
  • Collaborate with our in-house Design and Content teams, as well as creative & media agencies
  • Provide marketing campaign support to our Europe and APAC regions for localization
  • Work closely with the Trading Content Manager and Market Analyst to create timely and reactive ads
  • Plan and manage sponsorships, events and webinars
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance. Identify learnings to optimise results
  • Work with the Sales team and develop tactics to help reach goals
  • Support the Performance Squad when required with content creation and approvals across acquisition assets including display and social
  • Oversee and manage communications on owned channels e.g. website and social media
  • Ensure all marketing assets are reviewed and approved by Legal & Compliance

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3yrs of marketing experience
  • Experience of working in Financial Services (ideal)
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics         
  • Educated to a degree standard
  • End-to-end marketing campaign management & rollout experience
  • Experience working with external media & creative agencies or in-house design & content teams
  • Social channel management experience
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Analytical
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to work cross-functionally
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Self-motivated and driven; able to act on own initiative
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and oral
