What You’ll Do

  • Reporting into the New Business Manager US, you will:
  • Complete your licensing requirements in order to be able to work with our growing client base
  • Develop your skills to an adaptable and efficient sales person
  • Communicate with our clients to make sure their needs are taken care
  • Demonstrate impeccable active listening skills on each and every call, listening with the intent to understand, not with the intent to reply.
  • Create tailored client solutions from a range of options to meet individual needs.

Who You’ll Be

  • Phone sales experience (minimum of 3 months total experience) in sales within a target-driven environment – i.e. high volume, telephone sales, commission-driven reward
  • Sales in a regulated environment
  • Selling financial products (advantage)
  • Personal experience of trading derivatives, shares and/or other investments (advantage)
  • Willingness to obtain Series 3 and Series 34 licenses
