This role is a high value-add business partner to the sales organization, enabling the sales operation team to proactively engage with the regional sales force to deliver best-in-class sales support to the business. The individual will have to combine technology know-how, business acumen, familiarity with marketing and finance and governance skills to achieve sales operations efficiency.
Perform and support sales forecast reviews and submission for Sales team and Management
Leverage sales analytics and modelling, and streamline sales processes to drive revenue growth
Organize and conduct deal reviews across pipeline in collaboration with the Regional Directors and their teams, in accordance with internal procedures
Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, funnel movement
Develop and maintain regional reports and KPIs
Provide CRM support and training to Sales - responsible for super user training; onboarding on new employees and UAT for project initiatives
Understand commercial and revenue recognition policy and support the sales team in effectively applying it; assist the team on the sales process and act as liaison with Legal, Finance, BSG stakeholders (from draft contract creation to timely revenue booking)
Work with CRM team to communicate Salesforce enhancements to the Sales team and ensure adherence
Proactively take action to drive operational improvements. Manage performance, training and development of sales operation team members
Ensure the day-to-day operational execution of the Sales Operations function within each subregion
Perform such other duties, functions and services, consistent with status or vocational ability, as may from time to time be required.
Skills & Experience
5 years’ + experience in Fintech industry within MEA region with extensive experience in any or all the following departments: Sales, Sales operations, Business Operations and/or Business Finance;
Ability to work in a strong sales culture environment, with good understanding of sales processes and methodologies. Experience with SaaS/ Cloud business would be an advantage.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple geographies, re-assess priorities and quickly adapt to a changing environment.
Deep hands-on experience in driving process improvement, as well as successful implementation and utilization of Salesforce tools;
High proficiency in MS Office tools for sales analysis, insights and reporting purposes.
Ability to initiate and build relationships
Proven track record of effectively interfacing with, and influencing, cross-functional departments and Sales Management team;
Demonstrate good communication & interpersonal skills with crisp industry and market knowledge to establish interest, trust and credibility.
