About the Role

As Process Improvement Manager – Commercial Excellence, You are part of the Commercial Excellence Team, reporting to the Head of Commercial Excellence. You will be responsible to drive a diversity of Continuous Improvement projects on our Sales Processes and improve Sales Efficiency. You will work intensely with the Business Process Owners, the Salesforce team and your colleagues from other departments like Operations, Risk and Compliance, to take a true End-to-End improvement approach.

What are we looking for?

You will be successful in this role because you have significant experience in Process Management and improvement, as well as strong Project Management skills. Of course, you fully understand how a Commercial Sales Organization works, and you are a strong communicator that excels in Stakeholder Management.

  • Project Management Methodology
  • Process Mapping Methodology
  • Continuous improvement and/or Six sigma trained
  • Salesforce User Knowledge (or other Sales related CRM)
  • Process / Business Analyses Business
  • Experience with User Story/requirement building
  • Advanced user in MS Excel, PPT

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage Key Commercial Excellence projects
  • Manage, Maintain and Train the Commercial Process Framework
  • Drive Continuous (Process) Improvement
  • Drive Process Adherence and Adoption
  • Act as Business process/system Analyst for SFDC Change Requests related to Sales (Delivery Requirement documents for larger sales projects)
