We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Credit Assessor to join one of Australia’s leading credit risk teams. You will be responsible for preparing credit application files for decisioning by a credit manager. As a Credit Assessor, your role will entail:

  • Assessing credit risk and providing pricing and outcome recommendations for personal loan applications;
  • Accurately assessing a customer’s loan application and validating data in line with policy and regulations;
  • Following up customers daily for the information required to complete an assessment;
  • Being responsible for the quality of files to ensure correct and complete information is available to enable settlement to proceed.
  • Developing strong credit assessment and structuring skills by working with a diverse customer set;
  • Responding to enquiries and qualifying customers for finance by completing the application process with customers over the phone and via email.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to OMM’s customers and vendor partners. This includes assisting with group inbox management, resolving loan and account enquiries, appeals or complaints in a timely manner.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
