We are looking for a qualified Team Leader to manage one of our Agile teams and provide effective guidance.
As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Unblocking your peers on technical topics requires a high level of knowledge in .net and SQL.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
Team Performance - set clear metrics and goals for the team and your peers. Monitor team performance, report on metrics and aim to drive your team to a high-performance state
Team engagement - creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.
Team agreements and rules. Guide your team to create their own set of rules and guidelines and follow them strictly
Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Cover the Scrum Master role within your team by facilitating all team's ceremonies and properly negotiating with the Product Owner the amount of work to be delivered during an iteration
Provide code reviews, unblock your peers on tech topics, conduct performance reviews of your team members
5+ years of experience in .net development (deep understanding of .net and .net core architecture)
Strong understanding of OOP
Experience with SQL Databases
Very good understanding of clean coding, design patterns, coding best practices
Know how to set clear team & individuals' goals and track them
Delegating responsibilities and set deadlines for your internal team
Excellent communication & collaboration skills
Would be a plus
Basic knowledge about Scrum Master role
Experience with Payments / Fintech industry
