Business Development Manager

We’re growing very quickly and have an exciting year of new product launches ahead of us. As part of our growth, we are looking to grow our Business Development team in Cyprus. ● You will be driving sales initiatives ensuring they align with the business’ strategy with a focus on retail and institutional clients across the globe.
● Responsible for building business for the company through gaining new customers and affiliates through social media, references, websites, previous contacts etc.
● Manage and grow relationships with selected affiliates and partners
● Lead new client and affiliate onboarding, working closely with Compliance to collect appropriate documentation and resolve open items
● Attend face-to-face meetings with both prospective and existing clients both locally and abroad
● Attend expos and corporate events both locally and abroad in order to generate business
To be successful in this role you will need;
● Proven experience as a Business Development professional
● Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
● Ability to work independently
● Extensive experience in Equities, FX, Indices, Commodities and Crypto
● Experience using MT5 and MT4
● Experience in relationship management and client retention
● Language skills would be highly beneficial
● Excellent IT skills
● Accuracy, precision and attention to detail
● Excellent communication both written and verbal
