Handling direct communication with clients via calls and emails on any deposit issues / requests
Processing of clients wire deposits
Monitoring clients deposits and handling any issues
Handling of account maintenance and closures
Processing compensations, bonuses
Working in accordance with internal policies and procedures
Improving operational processes
Managing a good communication with other internal departments
Weekly and monthly reporting to Management
Experience in back office and CRM systems
Good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
Strong sense of professionalism, organizational and analytical skills
