Role Responsibilities

As a Traders Community Specialist you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing an action plan to work towards facilitating existing and attracting new Traders.
  • Coaching /advising Traders by providing tips, tactics, market insights, and support to help them develop a profitable trading strategy.
  • Participating in portfolio management operations and the creation and development of online educational content.
  • Researching competition and analyzing markets to provide key insights to related teams, such as Product and Marketing.
  • Implementing data analysis and generating reports to related stakeholders.


Although we are proud to hire for personality, we have also identified the following qualifications as necessary for this role:

  • BSc in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Certification obtained by the HCMC (or international equivalents) (Optional)
  • Successful track record in portfolio and account management.
  • Experience in using social media related to trading and investing.
  • Proven experience with multiple trading / technical analysis platforms as well as building trading strategies or portfolios of systems.
  • Strong math aptitude, numerical and quantitative skills with a good understanding of financial products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
