Job Description

Eightcap EU Ltd is seeking to recruit an Office and Operations Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to Department Managers and Senior Management

General office administration duties

Assisting with bank account opening applications

Liaising with banks to provide requested due diligence information as per ongoing KYC process

Carry out any further duties assigned by the Senior Management

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role

Basic accounting knowledge

Fluent in English, Greek would be considered as an advantage

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize, multi-task and working under pressure

Proactive, diligent and dependable

Adaptability and ability to learn quickly

Pleasant and professional personality
