Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated individual to join our Marketing team, working on exciting global marketing campaigns for a leader in the industry.

You will be a part of a tight team of marketers and gain experience across all elements of the marketing mix, with huge opportunities for learning and growth within the role. The ideal candidate would have experience in Fintech or have an understanding of technology and development processes, as your first project will be working closely with our digital and dev teams. You will hit the ground running!

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will assist with project management, briefing, and execution of marketing assets to support our Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications functions. As the Marketing Executive, you will be organised, a good project manager, comfortable working to deadlines and have an analytical mind. You will be required to help deliver on campaign and content needs, provide administration support, and keep a variety of processes on track.

What you will do:

• Accept content and campaign briefs from internal stakeholders and coordinate resourcing and timelines.
• Work on EDM campaigns to promote our weekly Webinar.
• Brainstorm concepts and assist campaign managers - bring your great ideas!
• Work closely with our various departments to deliver on requests.
• Help coordinate global content projects with a range of stakeholders.
• Coordinate content production and assist with managing the workflow.
• Help manage the processes for content production.
• Work with the international marketing teams to deliver on needs for campaigns.
• Process and maintain documentation with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide administration support when required.
• Manage & document all marketing activity, with support from the team.

Who you are:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
• Experience in finance is a plus but not necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to problem-solve.
• Ability to embrace change and to work towards overall Marketing objectives.
• Excellent time management and organisation skills to ensure all priorities and multiple deadlines are met.
• A strong team player who contributes to an environment that embraces innovation with a good analytical mind.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Social Media Management skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
• You have a great attitude!
