Quantitative Analyst

We’re looking for a Quantitative Analyst with experience in C++ or Python programming languages. You will perform mathematics-based setups and technical projects. You’ll be joining a small and complex quant team that owns infrastructure and processes and is responsible for managing trading and risk management models from a FX market maker perspective. In this role you will research, plan, develop and implement models and systems involving intricate and complicated statistical formulas.

Responsibilities:

• research, plan and implement models and systems containing statistical formulas
• extract large amounts of data and perform large-scale data analysis to produce actionable business insights
• optimize the automation of testing and production processes
• support migration from on-prem model to the cloud
• develop analytical libraries
• explore and create new data pipelines
• monitor production runs to ensure timely generation of reports
• investigate and diagnose any validation control failures

Essential requirements:

• experience in writing well-documented and clean code in C++ or Python
• professional background in finance industry
• Unix platform experience

Following qualifications are beneficial:

• knowledge of Google Cloud Platform
• experience with data analysis and modelling software such as R, preferred
• university degree in finance, mathematics, computer science, physics, engineering or a related field
