In line with ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to help drive growth in Germany. This is a broad, hands on role with responsibility from strategy formation to execution. The role can be located with either our team in Frankfurt or in London and will report into the Marketing Director for UK & DACH
Key responsibilities include:
Create and execute the marketing strategy for Germany, effectively managing the marketing budget.
Plan and deploy successful online and offline marketing campaigns aimed to accelerate growth
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including the regional manager, customer facing teams and PR.
Research, source, and recommend marketing tactics such as events, media partnerships, brand opportunities as input to marketing plans to support local product revenue goal
Work closely with marketing colleagues to leverage and enhance global initiatives, and share ideas
Monitor and report on event/campaign progress and results
Provide key market insights, share knowledge on local trends, and develop competitor intelligence
Innovate new ways to increase brand awareness and keep up to date on modern marketing trends
Ensure all marketing activities are compliant locally, working closely with the compliance team in Germany.
Requirements:
At least 5 years experience in a similar, multi-channel role
Hands-on experience of marketing planning and execution preferably in /finance/investment/fintech sector
Strategic and tactical marketing experience
Extensive knowledge of the market in Germany
Fluent in both German and English
Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for marketing.
Familiarity with online and offline marketing channels, such as social media, digital, events, OOH, affiliates and media partnerships.
Desirable:
Good investment knowledge including an understanding of crypto, finance and investment related terminologies and trends
