Zeal group of companies (collectively Zeal Group) is a business portfolio of the parent company Zeal Holdings Limited, comprising regulated financial institutions and fintech companies specializing in multi-asset liquidity solutions in regulated markets backed by proprietary technology.

ZFX is seeking Product Owner experienced with customer portals and fintech dashboard panels . Accountable for the delivery of the solutions that would meet the requirement along with business outcomes.

Key Objective Of Role

• Lead the product direction and planning, deliver trendy and user-friendly Customer Portal web application .
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Set your team's goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with ZFX’s mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research and company strategy
• Completely own your team's products, existing or new, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth and maintenance
• Have technical discussions with engineers regarding approaches, requirements, and more
• Collaborate with other stakeholders, such as Marketing, Customer support and Sales
• Act as the primary communicator between stakeholders and teams
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Lead company expansion into new products and regions;
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Oversee user journey and UI testing
• Research and analyse market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Keeping up to date with the movements of competitors and the industry
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
  
  

Requirements

• 3 + years of technical experience building and owning web application products within the fintech or banktech industry
• Understanding in the Forex market is an advantageous ;
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• High analytical and technical acumen along with strong business sense that guides ROI based prioritisation
• Experience formulating and driving a focused product vision, and owning the narrative with leadership, users, and partners
• A bias to action and bootstrapping major projects, never hesitant to roll up your sleeves and be hands on
• Experience developing product(s) from zero to first release and beyond
• Readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements in the banking and / or asset management industry;
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product lifecycle and roadmap
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (ideally)
• Background in software development and program management is preferred
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills to ensure you are able to work with cross functional teams to achieve results.
