Quality Assurance Engineer

Brief Description

We are looking for a passionate, organized and methodical Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) to join an international team of QAs and contribute to the overall quality of the software development within our company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and managers) to identify system requirements
• Track quality assurance metrics and stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Assist in Design, development and implementation of automation testing tools

Main Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as Software QA or Tester
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools is a plus 

Additional Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Good communication skills in English Language (written and verbal)
