Job Description

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will join our international team at our headquarters in Dubai. They will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that aligns with Multibank's business goals. They will create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, and collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals in the financial services sector.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, such as thought leadership articles, infographics, and videos that educate and inform potential clients about the company's products and services.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media campaigns, using metrics such as engagement, reach, and website traffic to measure success and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements and stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices in the financial services sector.
  • Manage and engage with social media communities, responding to customer inquiries and addressing complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and leverage social media influencers in the financial services sector to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor activity on social media, using insights to inform the company's own social media strategy and use social media analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and adjust tactics accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a social media specialist in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, SMO, and SEO.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in both English and preferrable Arabic.
  • BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in Forex/financial services requirements is a plus.
