Role Overview:
We are looking to hire a FX/CFDs Market Dealer to join our expanding team. The successful candidates will reports to the Head of Dealing and oversee the treasury function, including but not limited to conducting daily analysis of client transactions, managing coverage accounts with our counterparties, doing managerial reporting of the treasury functions in FX, Futures, and CFD markets, ensuring regulatory reporting are prepared promptly. You will also liaise with several departments to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute trading transactions in a timely and accurate manner, while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, economic indicators, and news to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information for informed trading decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to acquire new clients and retain existing ones by providing support and enabling exceptional customer service, including prompt responses to inquiries.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of expertise in forex trading.
- Utilize trading platforms and tools effectively to manage clients' portfolios and minimize risk exposure.
- Prepare and present regular trading reports to management, highlighting market trends, trading activities, and opportunities for business growth.
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills are required to meet internal and external deadlines/cut-offs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial markets (FX / Bullion / CFDs/ single stock CFDs) and technical analysis).
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in forex trading, preferably within a dealing capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of forex markets, trading strategies, and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proficient in trading platforms, tools, and software commonly used in the forex industry.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong commitment to client satisfaction and business growth.
- Ability to handle rotational shift
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel
