Job Description

We are looking for an innovative, detail-oriented Fraud Automation and Analytics Manager who can thrive in a rapidly changing environment while helping us safeguard our interests.
As a Fraud Automation and Analytics Manager, your key responsibility will be ensuring the safety and security of Ebury by developing and enforcing robust fraud prevention measures. You will be adept in process automation and proficient in data analysis tools such as Data Studio and Google BigQuery.
For this role you will need to be based in our Malaga office 4 days a week
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies and processes, leveraging automation where possible to provide efficient and effective fraud controls.
Utilise Data Studio and Big Query to analyse data and inform fraud management decisions, develop fraud risk assessments and generate detailed fraud reports.
Detect, monitor, and analyse patterns of fraudulent activity and undertake appropriate actions to mitigate risk.
Continuously update and refine fraud detection algorithms and methodologies based on new fraud trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that fraud prevention protocols are integrated across all business areas.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure overall compliance and security.
Develop training materials, and provide necessary training to team members and other employees in fraud awareness and prevention.
Skills And Qualifications
Proven managerial and leadership skills.
Proficient in process automation, with a sharp analytical mind for detecting fraudulent activities.
Advanced skills in Google Data Studio, BigQuery and / or similar data analysis tools.
With a solid understanding of fraud detection and prevention techniques.
Strong investigative skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex, analytical information into understandable terms for non-technical colleagues.
A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, criminal justice, business analytics, or a related field is preferred.
