We are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager experienced in Customer Journey Management.
Identify and program scenarios for user segments with individual flow based on user behavior.
Improve existing client segmentation methods and communication channels; experiment with and evaluate new segments.
Develop a reporting system for tracking and analyzing user behavior metrics.
Work with teams to drive the adoption of CRM products and identify opportunities.
Configure and oversee push notifications and emails for user communication.
Design engaging emails and push notifications, set up automated customer journey chains and evaluate CRM campaigns rigorously.
Plan and conduct A/B testing for various CRM campaigns to optimize messaging, timing, and content.
We are looking for:
Hands-on data-driven CRM experience (2-3 years minimum).
Intermediate knowledge of email marketing.
Strong organization and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
Structured monitoring experience.
HTML experience for email creation is an advantage.
