Your role in the team
Performance Engineering is central team focusing on IG platform capacity. We are highly specialized team working on tools, frameworks and system level tests scenarios mimicking busy production events. Very important part of our work is introducing performance engineering standards, process and evangelizing about it to entire IG company. We help product teams' engineers with improving their performance tests by sharing tools and experience. We play role of architects in the wide domain of performance testing and performance engineering. We decide about the tools we use, constantly looking for new solutions and adopting them.
What You'll Do
As a Senior QA Developer in Performance Testing you will be responsible for:
- development and maintenance of performance testing framework (Locust)
- analyze performance testing results (Grafana, Splunk)
- report issues, defects and bottlenecks (ServiceNow, Jira)
- act as a single point of contact and provide all mandatory for proper RCA details (Teams)

What You'll Need For This Role
We look for passionate quality advocates who are motivated by constantly rising the bar for themselves and others. You’ll need experience in:
- Python (advanced)
- Continues Integration principles and tools (jenkins prefered, ANSIBLE)
- Test automation principles and tools
- Performance/capacity testing
- Logs analysis principles and tools (Grafana, Splunk, AppD, Influx, etc.)
