As the Head of Growth at ZuluTrade, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organisation globally by identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with potential clients in the Financial sector, enhancing ZuluTrade’s B2B performance.

Your Role

As Head of Growth, you will lead our growth and business development strategy and will be responsible for driving revenue and growth through the company's B2B/Institutional Partners program. This role involves developing, implementing and managing strategies to attract, onboard and retain brokers, and ensure their success in promoting the company's B2B offerings.

Your primary responsibility will be to expand customer base and revenue streams through effective business development initiatives, forging strong relationships with B2B clients, and promoting comprehensive suite of services tailored to the Fintech and WealthTech Industries.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the Financial Fintech industry, with a focus on B2B
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex BD/sales cycles and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify strategic opportunities for business growth
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to achieving targets and exceeding expectations
  • Develop and execute our B2B growth strategy, aligned with the company's overall marketing and go-to-markets plans
  • Onboard and manage relationships with our partners, including large and strategic brokers and financial institutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing and development to create and maintain a strong B2B offerings
  • Monitor our Partners performance and regularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and oversee the Growth budget, including tracking expenses and generating reports
  • Lead and mentor and evaluate a team of B2B managers and support staff

Requirements

  • 6 years or more of sales and business development experience in SaaS products aimed at trading, gaming or investing sectors
  • A sterling record of consistently outperforming revenue targets
  • An unyielding drive to succeed, Resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership mindset to deliver measurable impact
  • Enthusiasm about investing and the limitless progress it brings to the world
  • Experience in collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus among multiple stakeholders. Collaboration is key
  • Strong understanding of the Investing and Trading industry, including trends and best practices
  • Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • BSc/MSc degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or related field/ MBA is considered as a plus
  • Fluent English
