  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Team.
  • Effectively communicate with Cross Team Departments on legal & compliance matters.
  • Drafting, filing and managing various business entity documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships with third-party service providers.
  • Drafting legal contracts, correspondence, terms and conditions and other documents.
  • Produce and file various legal documents such as terms and conditions, privacy policy, appeals, motions or petitions.
  • Responsible for reviewing, tracking, and monitoring legislation that impacts the company’s products and/or processes.
  • Updating leadership with timely analysis and summaries of new legislation/regulations affecting the business.


  • Knowledge of international regulatory compliance, legal terminology, and court systems.
  • Previous experience within fintech, banking or crypto is highly preferable.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Superb attention to detail, as well as organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience as Legal Secretary or Paralegal is a plus.
