About our Treasury and Payments Department:

Treasury is a multicultural department of 6 people specialized in two areas. We are a fairly proactive team, with a good atmosphere and frequent meetings. We believe that communication is key within our team and to connect with other departments.

For us the next newcomer must share good vibes and positive thinking to maintain the environment we have and continue to facilitate day-to-day work.

Main functions and responsabilities:

  • Review and analysis of reconciliations performed for subsequent reporting and resolution or proposal and follow-up.
  • Check and validation of invoices generated by the company system
  • Prepare payment to clients and compensate the different invoices
  • Performing complex reconciliations with the various acquirers.
  • No processing invoice, follow and contol of recover
  • Creation and update manuals of process
  • Check commissions vs acquirers’ costs to improve the development of the company.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Power Query User Level
  • Communication with the customer
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem solving skills

Training and work experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics or similar
  • Treasury management or treasury control courses

Professional knowledge

  • At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position.
  • Previous experience in or exposure to the Payments industry (fintech, bank, PSP, gateway, acquirer, etc.) is a strong plus.
