FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established globally regulated Australian broker offering traders access to CFDs across Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a Customer Support Specialist - Polish Speaking.

Reporting to: Head of Customer Experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat
  • Educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms
  • Communicating with clients regarding the company’s products and services via telephone, email and live chat
  • Processing of new leads and attempting welcome calls
  • Assisting other departments

Candidate Profile:

  • Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • Fluent Polish & English is essential
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and 12:30pm - 9:30pm
