As an Digital Operations Specialist you'll be working for one the dynamic business's within Nuvei that provides B2C capabilities to buy & sell crypto, empowering customers to swiftly purchase crypto using banking cards and receive their assets within minutes.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to{{:}}

  • Transaction monitoring - performing routine checks in a company portal and third-party provider platforms, reporting inconsistencies;
  • System maintenance duties - reviewing and resolving simple cases of undelivered transactions;
  • Assisting the partner support team in handling end-user escalations until resolved, ensuring effective partner and end-user communication;
  • Conducting thorough checks on third-party providers using clear criteria, promptly identifying, and reporting/escalating any inconsistencies;
  • Provide initial troubleshooting and escalate issues to senior team members;
  • Maintain records of incidents;
  • Generate basic reports on system performance, incidents, and other operational metrics.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to{{:}}

  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality;
  • Customer focused and computer-literate with basic Excel skills;
  • Ability to multitask, work with different tools and systems at the same time;
  • Flexibility towards fast changing priorities and business processes;
  • Proficient English (both written and verbal);
  • Being based in Lithuania, preferably Vilnius.

Working Language

  • English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed.

Monthly salary from 1650 EUR (gross before taxes). Specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience, and compliance with other job requirements.

This position requires working a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. There are two main shifts{{:}} 8-16; 14-22, which rotate every 2-3 weeks.
