As a Financial Consultant/Senior Financial Controller/Head of Financial Controlling, you'll provide strategic financial guidance and ensure the integrity of fiscal information, manage a team, and provide actionable insights to enhance the company's performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies to support organizational goals and objectives
• Review and advice on the Company’s structure
• Lead the financial planning and analysis processes
• Provide strategic recommendations to senior management
• Oversee the preparation and management of the annual budget
• Monitor and analyze budget performance and variances
• Develop financial forecasts and scenario analyses
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Present financial reports to the board of directors and executive management
• Develop and implement risk management strategies
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Optimize financial processes and systems to improve efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, MBA in Finance or ACCA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial managerial positions
• Proven experience in a senior financial role in a similar-sized organization
• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• High ethical standards and professional integrity
