We are seeking a meticulous individual to join our Marketing team! Both Mandarin and English skill are important as this role need to communicate with Chinese and Global region counterpart.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for website user growth to engage quality and target users to signup .
- Design product features or operation campaigns individually to guide clients to be traders.
- Optimize the user journey strategies to convert clients to use our variety of businesses.
- Analyze user behavior, develop product solutions to improve user activity and retention, communicate with the product department, and promote product optimization and iteration.
- Regularly monitor business data, produce analysis reports, identify problems and opportunities, and optimize business processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, overseas educational or work background is desirable;
- At least 2 years solid experience in structuring, operation, controller, client servicing from top tier Internet companies, investment banks, consulting firms or valuation agencies;
- Strong passion in digital asset space is a must with a strong sense of professionalism and striving for excellence;
- Self-motivated, positive, detail-oriented with strong communication skills, team spirit and entrepreneurship;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
