We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Events & Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic team at Billtrust. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving both our event marketing strategy and demand generation efforts to fuel our growth within the FinTech industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend meticulous event planning with data-driven demand generation tactics, shaping the marketing initiatives of our fast-growing company.
What you'll do:
Strategic Event Planning: Partner with marketing and sales teams to meticulously plan and execute industry conferences, negotiate sponsorships, manage booth presence, and host networking events
Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to acquire new customers and expand our footprint with existing customers. Utilize Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value accounts, personalize marketing efforts, and drive qualified leads and accounts through multi-channel campaigns
Lead Nurturing and Conversion Optimization: Optimize the lead nurturing process and conversion rates at each stage of the funnel. Collaborate with content marketing to develop engaging content tailored to the needs of target accounts. Utilize marketing automation platforms to design, execute, and analyze lead nurturing and scoring programs, ensuring timely and relevant communications to prospects
Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and marketing attribution data to optimize campaigns and provide actionable insights. Leverage data-driven insights and ABX tools to identify high-performing target accounts and optimize marketing efforts continuously
Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and customer success to align demand generation efforts with the overall go-to-market strategy. Cultivate relationships with event vendors, industry associations, and partner event teams
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in demand generation, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Willingness to travel up to 30% to events in our GTM countries
In-depth knowledge of demand generation strategies, tactics, and tools, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion optimization
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
