About the job We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of a full-stack analyst, a professional who can contribute as a business, system, and product analyst to our banking transactions and FX cross-functional team. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to help drive our innovative product forward. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes and customer journeys
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications for developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with product goals
• Identify opportunities for product and customer experience improvement
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Participate in CustDev and hypothesis testing

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in banks, fintech, or financial services
• Proficiency in data modeling, business process modeling (BPMN, UML), and requirements gathering techniques
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Product-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with SQL, API integrations, and service architecture

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial systems and payment processes
• Experience with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, or other emerging fintech trends
• Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles for financial applications
