Join our team in Dubai as an HRBP, where you'll play a vital role in diverse HR functions, including payroll, and make a meaningful impact every day. Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the employee’s pre onboarding, onboarding and offboarding cycle of the region
  • Supervise and maintain the existing HR policies & procedures, as well as maintaining local HR policies as local legislation requires
  • Be the main point of contact on any Employment Legal case and work closely with the Legal Department to solve any employee related conflict on a timely manner
  • Being involved in improving the existing HR policies & procedures to ensure smooth operations
  • Liaising with outsourced payroll provider in respect of employee information for the region and supervise the payroll process from employees data administration until payroll payments
  • Ensuring immigration & visas are submitted on time and renewals are done
  • Coordinating and assisting the line managers regarding the appraisal process (probation reviews/PIPs/Yearly Reviews)
  • Supervise any internal training/seminar needed for the employees (Health & Safety)
  • Supervise the Health & Safety Procedures along with the Office Manager
  • Supervise the medical insurance plan and coverage process
  • Communicating the HR practises for employee engagement and satisfaction (conducting skip level meetings on a monthly basis)
  • Reviewing and ensuring all employees records are up to date as per regulatory requirements
  • Provide any ad hoc reporting to Auditors with accuracy and on time
  • Managing and updating personnel records and ensuring accurate data provision on the 3rd parties (payroll/auditors)
  • Support the Regional CEO on ad hoc projects and ensure smooth operations
Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within UAE region
  • A doer and a thinker at the same time
  • Proven ability to handle complex situation whilst driving a positive culture and a can-do attitude
  • Immigration knowledge
  • High attention to detail
  • HRIS knowledge (HiBob is a preference) and experience with G-Suite is a strong plus
