We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time System Analyst (9am to 6pm Cyprus time, Monday - Friday) in Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.

This is a work from home job with possibility for relocation to Cyprus after probation period (6 months).

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders
  • Develop detailed system designs and specifications that align with business needs and technical standards
  • Design, develop, and maintain APIs for system integration, ensuring they meet performance and security standards
  • Determine how specific tasks should be distributed among microservices
  • Develop integration strategies and solutions to ensure seamless interaction between front-end and back-end systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and best practices
  • Write detailed acceptance tests for each task, ensuring developers understand the tests they must implement
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system designs, architectures, and technical processes

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, preferably in the financial sector, banking, or forex market
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, including forex
  • Understanding of the architecture and operation of financial IT systems, including back-office systems
  • Experience with SQL databases and knowledge of relational and non-relational database principles
  • Proficiency in modeling and prototyping tools (e.g., Visio, Miro)
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Ability to quickly grasp new systems and technologies, translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

  • Proactive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proficiency in English, with English language skills at least at an Intermediate level for understanding and drafting technical documentation
