Manual QA Engineer

Spotware Systems is looking to hire a Manual QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate needs to have a sharp eye for detail, and a strong understanding of software testing processes. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure the delivery of top-quality software products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with software development teams, analysts, and product managers to fully understand product specifications and customer requirements
• Planning and executing comprehensive manual tests, including but not limited to customer scenarios and performance testing
• Developing and maintaining detailed test plans, test cases, and checklists that cover all aspects of the product life cycle
• Tracking any software defects and identifying areas of improvement
• Ensure the product aligns with the company's quality standards before release
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance position
• Desktop application QA experience
• Experience with QA tools (bug trackers, test plan software, etc)
• Experience with MacOS
• Knowledge of methods and processes used in quality assurance of software programs
• Knowledge and skills in agile methodology
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Russian language and B1+ English level
