Job Description

We are looking for an Institutional Business Support Executive to collaborate with our Institutional Business Support Manager at our Headquarters in Gland. Your daily job will be as follows:

  • Support the Institutional Sales from all sister companies and our Zurich entity with onboarding of new clients.
  • Daily monitoring of transactions of international Financial Institutions that work with Swissquote.
  • Perform at the request of our Sales contact with the prospects. Initiate onboarding and continuous follow up in until submission of the application to our internal BRM team.
  • Provide full support to all our sister companies to ensure a high service level and meet the team targets.
  • Conduct periodic customer due diligence reviews.
  • Coordinate with other departments (Legal, BO, Payments, Risk) all operational day to day questions.
  • Assist our Sales people from over the world (ZH, CY, UK, SG, HK) to prepare Expos and Conferences, follow up after the event with leads.
  • Other administration/ sales tasks as assignment from Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • Graduated from a Bachelor or a Master in Economics or Finance.
  • French and English speaker (mother tongue or very fluent), working proficiency in German is a plus.
  • A previous experience in Institutional support and/or relationship management, in a financial services context, is mandatory.
  • Rigorous, great sense of priorities and excellent organizational skills.
  • You have a talent in efficiency and strong communications skills.
  • You have an open-minded, team-oriented spirit and you are capable to work under pressure.
