The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in our financial operations, focusing on CFD and forex trading activities. This position requires a proactive individual with a positive mindset, who is ready to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the CFD and forex trading industry and familiarity with UAE regulators such as the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). Experience and familiarity with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) a bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Experience for not less than (3) years in financial analysis or in the relevant fields along with any of the below alternative qualifications:

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data related to CFD and forex trading activities to provide insights and recommendations.
- Trade Monitoring for Market Abuse and Best Execution
- PnL analysis and monitoring
- Monitor market trends .
- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines set by the SCA and DFSA.
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance and risk management.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Manage and monitor the Firm’s trading books across multiple asset classes – FX and CFDs – with specific focus on the prop trading business
- Handle any quote and platform issues with the real time server with special focus on the prop CFD business
- Assisting with the operation and management of the CTrader platform and also possibly MT4/ MT5
- Carry out other tasks as may be assigned by management.
- A university certificate along with experience for not less than (3) years whether in financial analysis or in the relevant fields.
- Or diploma certificate or less certificate along with experience for not less than (8) years in financial analysis or in the relevant fields.
- CISI- UAE Financial Rules and Regulations
- CISI- International Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management (Level 3)
Experience for not less than (3) years in financial analysis or in the relevant fields along with any of the below alternative qualifications:
- Accredited Financial Analyst
- Certified Investment Professional
- Certificate in Quantitative Finance
- Chartered Financial Analyst
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for accuracy in analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of multiple asset classes, including FX, Equities, Commodities, Indices and Cryptos
- Working knowledge of MT4 and/or MT5. Knowledge of CTrader is also highly advantageous
- Ability to deal with multiple liquidity providers and external vendors
