Supporting our Compliance and Reg Tech teams, you will be responsible for converting data into actionable insights. Your expertise will enable us to gain a deeper understanding of our clients and the activity on our platform.

We are looking for someone passionate about data analysis, curious to understand our trading operations and what’s beneath the data, and someone who will take the initiative to drive change and results. You must possess a knowledge of data analysis and visualisation tools, have a knack for problem-solving, be tenacious when faced with challenges and be able to communicate effectively.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining compliance-related data reports, KPIs, and dashboards, ensuring a complete and accurate representation of compliance metrics.
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of KPIs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including performing in-depth data analysis and compliance checks as needed.
  • Maintain and enhance reports and procedures.
  • Participating in preparing report processes for regulatory responses, internal compliance reporting, and audits by extracting, cleaning, and analyzing relevant data sets.
  • Provide analytical support to the relevant teams by identifying trends, anomalies, and insights within data to support business initiatives.
  • Contribute to projects by providing data analysis and recommendations that improve compliance processes and controls.
  • Working with the global compliance monitoring representatives.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as BI Developer in financial services.
  • Experience in SQL & database procedures development in SQL server environment.
  • Degree in a technical or analytical subject (e.g. Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering)Very comfortable working with BI tools. (ideally Tableau, but not essential) and have a strong knowledge of SQL.
  • An analytical mind, the ability to interpret data and develop hypotheses to solve compliance challenges.
  • Experience in writing reports and presentations to explain findings.
  • Working Ability to come up with solutions to complex problems.
  • Show excellent skills in stakeholder and project management, being able to handle multiple requests and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information and process clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Be proactive, diligent, and interested in the subject matter.
  • Background in finance, investing, fintech, or a general interest in global markets is desirable but essential.
  • comfortable working in a matrix environment.
