Your job is to anticipate the products and features our traders want, and then help to deliver them - leveraging the latest innovations in technology to create the best user experience possible.
Plus500 R&D Product Manager role combines 4 main areas:
Work with stakeholders (Regulation, Finance, Operations, Marketing, BizDev, and more) and gather requirements, create specifications, perform market analysis, generate roadmap and prioritization.
Work with an Agile-Scrum cross-functional team of talented individuals from multiple disciplines such as Backend, Mobile, Web, QE, Designers, UX specialists, and others to deliver the company roadmap, initiatives, and unplanned work.
Plan A\\A\\B experiments and KPIs, and have a deep understanding of your domain customer behavior both quantitative and qualitative.
Lead large company-wide initiatives.
All to deliver great products that drive value for our traders.
What You’ll Do - Responsibilities
Gather requirements from different sources and stakeholders - understand existing and future use cases, discuss alternatives using supporting data, and evaluate pros, cons, and ROI.
Prioritize R&D efforts by contributing your insights to the Product Roadmap.
Take full responsibility and ownership of the product from inception to production.
Guide and work closely with the R&D team throughout the end-to-end development process.
Monitor KPIs and business success using various BI tools (Tableau, Heap).
Drive cross-department project management for effective execution.
Be the domain expert (SME), mastering customer needs and product capabilities.
What You’ll Bring - Requirements
Product manager with 5+ years of experience building consumer-facing products. (experience in B2C or Fintech company - an advantage)
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
