  • Act as account manager to assigned corporate clients and ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
  • Partner with partnership manager for client onboarding
  • Act as the key liaison between our key account customer and the company to build strong relationships.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess customers satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and drive enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and Operations teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and success metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • University degree, relevant qualifications in Business Administration is preferred.
  • Solid years of relevant experience from recognized establishments in financial services and/or Fintech related industries
  • 5+ years’ experience of customer-facing
  • With crypto industry business account management experience is an advantage
  • Sound understanding on latest market and technology trend and having track record in commercializing and operationalizing innovative business and operating models/solutions.
  • Acute communicator with proven track record in influencing stakeholders
  • Result oriented and have strong desire to deliver beyond expectation
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua
