As our first flagship product, Paywatch has launched an innovative earned wage access (EWA) product, which works with employers and banks to provide employees instant access to earned wages (also known as salary on demand / flexible payroll). We currently have 60+ employees across our 5 offices (Hong Kong, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Philippines and Indonesia) and are expanding our teams throughout Asia!

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with daily HR operations throughout the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, payroll and benefits administration, leave management.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding logistics for staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage all aspects of office administration, including managing correspondence, courier arrangement and office supplies management.
  • Assist with office moves and relocations, coordinating logistics and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Perform other HR & Admin duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of HR-related policies and procedures.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fluency in SEA languages such as Thai, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Bahasa would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
