Essential Skills and Experience relevant to the role
- Business degree or related professional qualification
- High level of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 1-year previous experience in customers relationship management
- Fluent in English and Russian, other languages will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously
- To use own initiative, set priorities, and make decisions
- Previous work experience in a bank or financial institution will be considered an advantage
Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role
- Perform customers verification and further onboarding process
- Provide customers with information about the company's products and offer new products
- Conclude contracts with customers
- Day-to-day communication with customers
- Organize meetings with new/existing customers
- Maintain and retain existing customers by building long-term relationships
- Continuous improvement of the customer relationship process
