Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the lending industry in Thailand
Analyse customer needs, behaviours, and preferences to develop targeted loan products and services
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our loan portfolio and penetrate new markets in Thailand
Identify potential partners, including financial institutions, fintech companies, and other relevant stakeholders, to establish strategic alliances and distribution channels
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and regulatory authorities in the financial industry
Negotiate terms and agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships and compliance with regulatory requirements
Drive loan origination and revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies, lead generation activities, and promotional campaigns
Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing lending activities in Thailand
Implement risk management practices and procedures to minimize credit risk and maintain loan portfolio quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative loan products, features, and digital solutions tailored to the needs of Thai customers
Continuously monitor industry trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and differentiation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in business development, sales, or relationship management within the financial services industry, with a focus on lending products
Deep understanding of the lending market, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior in Thailand
Strong network and relationships with key players in the financial sector in Thailand
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Fluency in both English and Thai languages is required
