The Finance Analyst role sits within Paysafe FP&A team, a fast-growing dynamic Fintech business, currently reporting to the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis. As Paysafe continues to expand, finance has a critical role in enabling this growth through accurate, relevant and insightful financial analysis.

What you will do:

  • Produce month-end reporting packs on financial performance and operating KPIs to key internal stakeholders including finance leadership
  • Build and develop monthly reports and analysis to further analyse specific business functions and aid the decision-making process, including internal and external benchmarking KPIs
  • Assist in the preparation of MBR and Board decks
  • Initiative driven value-add tasks such as continuous improvement of processes
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all functions and team members both in and outside the Finance team
  • Assist in delivering the budget and rolling forecast models and capability, leveraging systems and automation to meet current and future needs
  • Other ad hoc analysis to support the team
  • Produce new monthly reporting packs to a high level of quality with minimal supervision and review, enhancing and improving data and processes including automation
  • Successfully develop strong business partnering relationships with assigned areas and wider finance, commercial and operations teams
  • Play a vital role in the planning, budgeting & forecasting processes, including synthesising insight and analysis from reporting systems data
  • Analyze and interrogate the transactional database to identify and communicate appropriate trends effectively to the business

To be successful you need to have:

  • Experience in an FP&A/Financial Analyst/Commercial Finance role in industry
  • Has worked or can work in a fast-paced, growth environment
  • Pro-active self-starter, eager to learn and develop and enhance their career
  • A team player with initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills and high attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillset and knowledge of HFM/Fusion/MI/Planning tools desirable
  • Power BI or similar desirable
  • Bachelor degree
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA accreditation
