Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and target-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team for Thailand Market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be driving sales, business growth, and market expansion of our company. This is a critical role where you will work collaboratively with the team, establish and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and negotiate and collaborate with clients.

Job Duties:

  • Develop and expand new IB business
  • Drive the development and implementation of Business plans.
  • Build strong client relationships through excellent support and quality service.
  • Ability to generate a wide-ranging network of clients.
  • Liaise and supervise the IB to find new investors

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Experience in a sales role with Forex sales exposure
  • Initiative, creativity, and ownership is highly valued.
  • Open to travel to foster market expansion.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English or Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial to handle multiple tasks and meet targets in a dynamic work environment.
