We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and target-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team for Thailand Market. As a Business Development Manager, you will be driving sales, business growth, and market expansion of our company. This is a critical role where you will work collaboratively with the team, establish and maintain client relationships, identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and negotiate and collaborate with clients.
Job Duties:
Develop and expand new IB business
Drive the development and implementation of Business plans.
Build strong client relationships through excellent support and quality service.
Ability to generate a wide-ranging network of clients.
Liaise and supervise the IB to find new investors
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in a sales role with Forex sales exposure
Initiative, creativity, and ownership is highly valued.
Open to travel to foster market expansion.
Good written and verbal communication in English or Mandarin.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are crucial to handle multiple tasks and meet targets in a dynamic work environment.
