Full time Forex Fintech Business Development Executive Sales

Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads and account relationship to meet sales goals and objectives.
  2. Prepare and present proposals to clients and effectively negotiate and close deals.
  3. Manage effective sales and marketing plans for targeted services, solution and industries.
  4. Keep up with Payment industry trends, product offerings and best practices in market.
  5. Work closely with senior sales management and overseas team members in new programs and initiatives.
  6. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
  7. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  8. Support other related duties assigned as needed.

Requirements:

  1. At least 2-3 years of business development in sales, lead generation.
  2. Strong B2B consultative drive, able to drive revenue and client growth, and maintain long lasting client relationship.
  3. Strong business acumen and innovative with a passion to success in digital or fintech industry.
  4. Able to understand business requirements and formulate service solutions to address client's needs.
  5. Excellent oral and written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  6. Self-motivated, result orientated and able to work independently.
