If so, we're looking for a Customer Segmentation and Data Mining Expert to join our team on the journey to success!
What You’ll do:
Develop and execute timely, systematic, and effective customer acquisition and re-engagement campaigns across all business lines and retail channels
Convert business requirements into actionable items for the team
Collaborate with the bank's marketing and risk teams and product owners to shape communication strategies for different segments across various communication channels
Actively participate in the process of customer scoring and limit assignment for product offering
Coordinate the monthly communication calendar with all business lines to guarantee contact policy compliance
Ensure the data from different campaigns launched is correctly stored for reporting purposes
Monitor campaign effectiveness both for team internal purposes as well as for discussion and reporting purposes with different business lines
Suggest optimization of the different segments’ communication strategy based on the observed historical trends of the effectiveness of the product offers and media channels
Develop and launch different scenarios for customer journeys in our real time marketing tool
Provide insights into the availability and reliability of data points regarding the CLS activities across all internal systems
What you’ll need to succeed:
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field
Proven track record in planning and driving strategic customer engagement campaigns
Background in customer engagement and CRM management is an advantage
Familiarity with the Finance or FinTech sectors would be a plus
Hands-on expertise with Braze, Marketo, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce or similar tools is a plus
Proficiency in Excel and SQL
Strong command of English, both written and verbal
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication and team leadership skills
Proactive mindset with creative, out-of-the-box thinking
