Business Development Manager (online payments)

OROPAY is a FinTech company with an expanding range of services. Founded in Cyprus, we are regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus as an Electronic Money Institution and aim to help businesses and consumers conduct their transactions in a more convenient manner.

We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Professional to grow our online payment processing part of the business in our cozy Riga office.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES

• 2+ years of experience in online payments or FinTech industry;
• customer-oriented and revenue driven personality;
• readiness to take the initiative and ability to manage processes efficiently;
• team player and fast learner;
• fluent written and verbal English language (additional languages is an advantage).

DUTIES

• establishing and maintaining relationships with merchants and other business partners (Acquirers, Third-party service providers, etc), ensuring that the company's products and services meet their needs and expectations;
• building and managing the day-to-day operations of the merchants;
• developing and implementing the payment services strategic plans and objectives in line with the company's overall goals;
• monitoring industry trends and technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in the e-commerce space;
• represent the company and its products at international conferences and expos;
• working closely with other divisions within the company, such as risk management, compliance, and customer service, to ensure seamless and secure payment processing.
