We are currently seeking a creative Marketing Automation Specialist to join our talented team! Here, you will find the perfect environment to thrive, excel, and contribute to reshaping the financial landscape.

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for 1 or more of company’s brands, planning and implementing automated customer journeys, seeking to maximize KPI (conversion rates, retention rates, customer lifetime value).
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company’s existing and new products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with content writers, designers, product, and sales departments to build automation strategies and execute them accordingly.
• Propose and design sub-segmented multichannel customer flows and recurring campaigns tied to lifecycles.
• Define the technical and creative requirements for creatives, then set up the campaign logic on multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, pop-ups).
• Measure results and optimize the campaign workflows to increase the overall productivity of sends.

• Maintain a clear focus on the marketing automation roadmap delivery and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate +2y of proven experience in setting up automated communications (such as subscription renewal // abandon cart // product cross-sell // offer expiry etc.).
• Have previous experience in analyzing data and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrate familiarity with at least one marketing automation platform – Optimove, Hubspot, Silverpop, Salesforce, Eloqua, Marketo, Customer.io, Pardot.
• Have good email technical skills (HTML or editor).
• Be organized and well-structured individual (attention to details is a must).
• Demonstrate very high proficiency in English.
